The International Chamber of Commerce (ICC), headquartered in Paris, has introduced rules for trading in order to conflicts, disputes and legal disputes in international trade movements and thus avoid unnecessary loss of money and time for buyers and sellers. It was introduced in 1936 under the name 'INCOTERMS'.
Lastly, INCOTERMS was changed in 2000.
